ORDER

Mr.B.Kesavan, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and measure Plot No.41, Sree Ambal Nagar, Chromepet, Chennai44, by considering his representation dated 18.3.2017.

4. Mr.S.Thirumavalavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2017 to survey and measure Plot https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.41, the respondents have not surveyed and measured the property so far.

5. Mr.B.Kesavan, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to survey and measure Plot No.41, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.3.2017 in accordance with law.

6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2017 to survey and measure Plot No.41, Sree Ambal Nagar, Chromepet, Chennai-44 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
