construct the hospital building to accommodate the Primary Health Centre in the land situated in Survey No.246/8A and 246/8C, Voimedu Village, Vedaranyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District having an extent of 0.65.0 Hectares gifted and accepted for the purpose of construction hospital building alone. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 19.12.2011 of the fourth respondent. 2.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 that the trees which are the subject matter of the impugned notification dated 19.12.2011 had already been auctioned and hence, according to him, the writ petition has now become infructuous.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees with the submission of the learned Government Advocate. 4.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
