A.No. 5221 of 2013 :- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an interim custody of the Minor Child K. Kaushik Ram. This Original Petition along with this application coming on this day before this Court for hearing, and the petitioner and the respondent herein not appearing in person or by advocate and upon reading the petition filed in O.P.No. 757 of 2013 and the Judges Summons and the affidavit of Kannan filed in A.No. 5221 of 2013, and this Court having observed that earlier even though several opportunities extended to the petitioner, he did not appear either in person or through counsel It is ordered as follows :- That the petition in O.P.No. 757 of 2013 be and is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.
2. That the connected application in A.No. 5221 of 2013 do stand closed.

2. Today, i.e. 24.03.2022, when the matter was called for hearing, even today also there was no representation on either side. It is seen that earlier even though several opportunities extended to the petitioner, he did not appear either in person or through counsel.
3. In view of the above, this original petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected application is also closed.
