This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.02.2020 to grant license to run the pig farm at Survey No.63/1A, R.Pudupalayam Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District within the stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.02.2020 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
