O R D E R

Alleging that the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No. 12843 of 2014, dated 21.05.2014, directing the respondent to investigate the matter, in the event of the F.I.R. being registered and to file a final report, has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when this matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted

that F.I.R was already registered in Crime No.169 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 IPC r/w. 4 of Women Harassment Act and on completion of the investigation, a charge sheet was also filed, which is in compliance with the direction issued by this Court.

3. Since the direction issued by this Court is complied with, no further adjudication is necessary. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition is closed.
