Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.3.2018 in accordance with law to direct the respondent's 1 to 3 to cancel the 12 Bars Tender conducted on 3.3.2018 by the fourth respondent and issue new tender forms and selected new tenderers in Sirupakkam Village, Vepput Taluk, Cuddalore District.

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the tender processes were completed and under these circumstances, the writ petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order, if any, passed. However, the relief, as such, sought for in the present writ petition to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 13.3.2018, cannot be granted in view of the fact that the very process of tender itself had already been completed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
