2.The petitioner submitted a representation to the Collector praying for allotment of a free house under the Hon'ble Chief Minister's Solar Powered Green House Scheme and the third respondent has also directed the second respondent to look into the grievance and do the needful and since he has not been favoured with any response, he came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the representation dated 17.3.2015, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
