ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 03.03.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.146 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner due to previous enmity attacked the defacto complainant by using iron rod and knife and caused injuries to him. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there are seven previous cases against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration and facts of the case and the petitioner is having seven previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
