Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2012 and pass orders within a stipulated period of time and in accordance with law.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2012 within a time frame. 2.The petitioner is seeking for cancellation of the planning permission granted by the 1st respondent in favour of the 3rd respondent. Admittedly, the petitioner should have filed an appeal as against the granting of planning permission instead of giving a representation to the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
