ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to change the entry in the guideline value for the survey number, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition which according to the petitioner, has been wrongly mentioned as Government land or HR & CE land. 2.The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of his contentions.

3.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Mr.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (HR&CE) accepts notice on behalf the fourth respondent. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026 seeking for change of entry in the guideline value of Survey No.156/3 in respect of the property, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, which according to the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as Government land or HR & CE land, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent and the temple concerned, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
