Crl.M.P.No.4114 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15734 of 2020 V. BHARATHIDASAN, J (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every day at 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15734 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15734 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
