Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2.Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this writ miscellaneous petition, the petition to amend the prayer in the above writ petition as Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.128, Industries (SIPCOT-LA), dated 25.06.2013 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main writ petition.
