These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 676 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2.Though notice served on the respondents 1 and 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the second respondent, driver of the vehicle is not necessary and notice may be dispensed with.

4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 676 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) each to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
