O R D E R

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the sixth respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to take up the revision petition filed along with stay petition in R.P.No.6 of 2018 and dispose the same on merits at the earliest.

3. It is stated that the said revision was filed before the first respondent aggrieved against taking over the management of the subject matter Temple by the Hindu Charitable and Religious Endowment Department.

4. Heard both sides.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made in the revision petition, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
