ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to forthwith restore debit and credit operation in respect of the petitioners saving Account No.027001000033434 maintained with the 3rd respondent Branch, unless the respondents are above to produce a valid court issued attachments or garnishee order authorising such restriction, consequently direct the respondents to act strictly in accordance with law.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner have been maintaining a savings account with the 3rd respondent Bank. Without issuing any prior notice, the respondent has restricted/frozen the operation of the said account for several months. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 12.11.2025 to the respondent and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to restore the debit and credit operations in respect of petitioner's savings account.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners

representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
