The present Writ Petition is filed forbearing the 4th respondent from creating any act of waste or damage to the petitioner's property, which is the subject matter of statutory Appeal No.3680 of 2016 filed before the 1st respondent, pending disposal of the said Appeal.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that Appeal No.3680 of 2016 has been disposed of on 06.06.2018, the same is challenged in W.P.No.16913 of 2018 and hence, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. 3.Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
