ORDER

After the order dated 18.07.2016 passed by this Court in this petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a special mentioning before this Court that there is a typographical error in the order inasmuch as instead of "CSR No.205 of 2015", this Court has erroneously stated as "Cr.No.82 of 2016" and therefore, the matter was posted today under the caption "For Being Metioned".

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 24.08.2015 given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.205 of 2015.

3. On the complaint dated 29.02.2016 given by the petitioner, the Sub Inspector of Police, C-5 Oragadam Police Station registered a case in Cr.No.82 of 2016 on 05.03.2016 for the offences u/s 427 and 447 IPC against one Dhanapal and his wife Deboral. It is stated that the petition enquiry is still pending in CSR No.205 of 2015.

4. Under such circumstances, the order dated 18.07.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13459 of 2016 may be recalled. The respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry in CSR No.205 of 2015 and close the complaint after due intimation to the petitioner or take action in accordance with the law.
