Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus praying to direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.20,44,000/- to the petitioner for the works executed by petitioner by considering the representation dated 09.01.2020 made by the petitioner and pass order.

3. The petitioner seeks Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.20,44,000/- by considering the representation dated 09.01.2020 made by the petitioner. The petitioner claims that the said money is due towards the works executed by it under the orders of the respondents.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2020, on or before 30th September 2020. If any amount is found due and payable to the petitioner, same shall be paid by 30th November 2020.

No costs.
