ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks extension of time granted by order dated 19.12.2025 in CRP No. 5785 of 2025 for payment of Court fee in AOP CFR No. 8429 of 2017. Admittedly, the Court fee was not paid within the time stipulated by this Court. The reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the application are found to be satisfactory.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents opposed the application contending that the indulgence already granted by this Court had not been availed by the petitioner by paying the Court fee within time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the Petitioner is granted time to pay the Court fee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without fail. 25-02-2026 Kv
