Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the representation dated 13.6.2014, seeking to register the pending document namely mortgage deed dated 6.6.2014, in P201400050 and release the same to the petitioner within the stipulated time.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claiming to be the Power of Attorney of one M.A.C.Khaleeli, has executed a mortgage deed without possession, in favour of one B.Vijayakumar on 6.6.2014, and presented the document for registration after paying necessary fees. The grievance expressed by him, is that the document is neither registered, nor rejected and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 13.6.2014, to the respondent and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 13.6.2014, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
