Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, and of MRS.K.SANTHA KUMARI, Advocate on behalf of the Intervener, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time of interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3827 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022.

2. No representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the Intervener submits that this matter is listed today before the Honourable Apex Court in S.L.P.Crl.No.2749 of 2022.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) also submits that today this matter is listed before the Honourable Apex Court. Further, as per the order of this Court, the petitioner as well as her family members are not co-operated with the investigation.

5. Considering the above facts, it is clear that the petitioner has failed to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3827 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022. Hence, the interim anticipatory bail granted to this petitioner is not extended.

6. At 1.45 p.m., the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court submits that the she was engaged in other Court, but already order was passed and the learned counsel for the Intervener gone out of this Court, so, the appearance of the petitioner at 1.45 p.m. is recorded.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

8. Post the main Criminal Original petition on 08.04.2022 for producing Apex Court Order Copy.
