ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 107 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.300/- in C.R.P.SR.No.151315 of 2024.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

" the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai", within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

3. The petitioner on complying with the above condition, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.151315 of 2024, if it is, otherwise, in order.
