This writ petition was filed in the year 2012 challenging the correctness of the confiscation order dated 29.8.2011 passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Law & Order (West), Coimbatore City, Coimbatore, the fourth respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up yesterday (3.9.2019), none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is shown under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner, except the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
