O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Shanthi, a case in Crime No.667 of 2021 has been registered by the second respondent. He would further submit that the petitioners are the alleged purchasers of the property involved in the offence, the respondents have summoned the petitioners for enquiry, other than that the second respondent is not harassing the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they are innocent purchasers and they are ready to appear for the enquiry.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed with a direction to the respondent not to harass during the course of enquiry.
