ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court had earlier dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on 21.03.2022 considering the antecedent of the petitioner and the quantity of the contraband recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that since co-accused was released on bail, the anticipatory bail petition of this petitioner may be considered.

3. This Court does not finds the release of the co-accused and there is no change in circumstances for this petitioner, who has 12 previous cases of similar nature. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
