ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent/The Inspector of Police, R5, Virugambakkam Police Station, Chennai city to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.02.2016 in view of the order passed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.1387 of 2019 dated 10.10.2019.

Heard both sides.

It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the The Inspector of Police, R5, Virugambakkam Police Station, Chennai, on 11.02.2016. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.1387 of 2019, to register the complaint against the respondents and the same has been ordered on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.10.2019. Even after the order of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.1387 of 2019 dated 10.10.2019, the 2nd respondent police did not register any case as directed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent police is directed to register the case as directed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.1387 of 2019 dated 10.10.2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed off.
