This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 14.09.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 14.09.2015, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and during the enquiry, the parties appeared to have arrived at a compromise and therefore, the enquiry has been closed.
