ORDER
Earlier, the petitioner had filed writ petition in W.P.No.32610 of 2016 seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2016, to count half of service rendered by the petitioner from the date of joining in service as Plot Watcher from 01.07.1983 to 13.10.2008 on temporary basis along with regular service rendered by the petitioner as Forest Watcher from 14.10.2008 to 30.06.2015 and send the revised proposal to the 5th respondent to grant pension with all consequential pensionary benefits to the petitioner from the date of retirement and arrears with interest. 2.As the issue involved in the said writ petition was covered by the decision of this Court made in W.P.No.8205 of 2011, dated 19.04.2011, this Court allowed the writ petition on the same lines. Now, the present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the orders passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for
consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
