records in proceedings in Na.Ka.A/2065/94 pertaining to the Award No.3/98-99 dated 28.09.1998 on the file of the 4th respondent herein and quash the same (with respect to this petitioner's land) and consequently direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2025 wherein the petitioner had requested the respondents to determine the compensation as per The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, as stipulated in the Tamil Nadu Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, for the land acquired in Survey No.19/3, to an extent of 0.34.5 hec.(85 cents) and in Survey No.19/6C, to an extent of 0.23.0 hec. (56 cents) totally to an extent of 0.57.5 Hectares (1.41 acres) in Odiyanthal Village, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, under ADW Scheme, so as to grant the fair and just compensation for the lands acquired.
