This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to direct the fifth respondent to pay or transfer the amount of Rs.1,14,393/- with interest to the account of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the fifth respondent would submit that the said amount has been paid and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
