C.M.P.No.8445 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.1323 of 2010 and C.M.P.Nos.3743 and 3746 of 2020 and C.M.A.No.1324 of 2010 P.T. ASHA, J, The above application is filed for impleading the 4th respondent as party respondent in this petition.

2.The learned counsel for the proposed 4th respondent has entered appearance and she would submit that the amount due to the petitioners has been sent by Demand Draft. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that only the Principal amount has been tendered and not the interest that was payable. However, he is ready to receive the Demand draft without prejudice to his contentions in the main Appeal. 3.Considering the fact that an objection is now taken and the amount is agreed to be received by the 4th respondent without prejudice, the impleading petition can be ordered. Therefore, C.M.P.No.8445 of 2022 is allowed and the proposed party is impleaded as the 4th respondent in the above appeal. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

P.T. ASHA, J, mps The respondents shall file their counter to the main application. The 4th respondent is directed to hand over the Demand Draft which shall be received by the learned counsel for the appellants without prejudice to their contentions.
