This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action on his representation dated 26.12.2016. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he was working in Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC) and retired from service. While so, on 25.06.2015, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Pudupet Police Station in CSR No.166/2015. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that without conducting any enquiry with him or other witnesses, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti on 05.12.2016. this regard, the petitioner sent a representation to take appropriate action against the Investigation Officers. As no action was taken against them, he is before this Court. 3.But this Court is not able to entertain this petition. The reason is that when after registration of complaint on 23.09.2015 in Crime No.314, a final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
