The petitioner has filed this petition to withdraw and transfer the case in C.A.No.72 of 2018 on the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore to some other competent district court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal and therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.
