This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur, Coimbatore in Dis.No.434 of 2022 dated 27.05.2022

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.5622 of 2021, this Court by an order dated 29.03.2021 directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.280 of 2017, within a period of three months. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur, Coimbatore has sent communication dated 27.05.2022 in Dis.No.434 of 2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.C.No.280 of 2017 and sought further period of three months time to complete the trial in the said case.
