Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity) has been filed under Order III Rule 2(a) of 'The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908' (hereinafter 'CPC' for the sake of brevity) and the prayer is for fifth respondent M.Indrani to represent her daughter / sixth respondent - S.Swarnarekha on the basis of a power of attorney document dated 26.01.2023 which has been adjudicated (to be noted power executed in U.S.A.) by the jurisdictional Registrar on 07.02.2023.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.V.Manohar, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that vakalatnama of sixth respondent S.Swarnarekha itself has since been received and that the same will be filed in the Registry by today. On this basis, learned counsel on record for petitioner in the captioned CMP made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
