ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation concerned in Crime No.366 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent police to any other agency or other police station.

2. Heard Mr.A.Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent has submitted that the investigation is almost completed and so far, they have examined some persons and about to file a final report.

4. Under this circumstance, the change of investigation would affect the entire investigation in Crime No.366 of 2019. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
