This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned I Additional Principal Judge, I Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai- 600 104, in Dis.No.3839 of 2022 dated 21.12.2022.

2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in C.R.P.No.946 of 2019 and C.M.P.Nos.12400 and 12401 of 2019, this Court by an order dated 08.02.2021, directed the trial Court to dispose of the petitions in G.W.O.P.No.1244 of 2014, O.P.No.938 of 2014 and O.P.No.3170 of 2016, within a period of six months. However, the learned I Additional Principal Judge, I Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai- 600 104 has sent communication dated 21.12.2022 in Dis.No.3839 of 2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in G.W.O.P.No.1244 of 2014, O.P.No.938 of 2014 and O.P.No.3170 of 2016 and sought for further time to complete the trial in the said cases. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant six months time to dispose of the petitions in G.W.O.P.No.1244 of 2014, O.P.No.938 of 2014 and O.P.No.3170 of 2016 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
