ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.34922 & 34923 of 2016 respectively, by order dated 20.10.2016, has directed the petitioners to give fresh representation ventilating their grievance within a period of three weeks and on receipt of the same, the respondents were directed to reconsider the claim of the petitioners and to pass orders, after conducting enquiry and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and other necessary parties, on merits and in accordance with law.

2.The present contempt petitions have been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 20.10.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 03.11.2017 and 17.11.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents and after considering the representation of the petitioners, the 2nd respondent has passed orders rejecting the claim of the petitioners.

4.Since the order of this court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petitions and accordingly, the same are closed.
