CMP.No. 5578 of 2023 in C.R.P.No. 4259 of 2022 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order in HMGOP.No. 21 of 2022 passed by the learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

As per the order of the learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in HMGOP.No.21 of 2022, dated 28.07.2022 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,06,250/- each in the bank account of the minors R.Akash and R.Deepika in a Nationalized Bank for selling the minors 1/16 share and all the transactions should be completed within three months by order dated 28.07.2022. But, till date, the petitioner has not complied with the order of the Court below due to get legal guardianship certificate for her elder son. However, the petitioner has filed seeking extension of time in I.A.No. 2 of 2022 in HMGOP.No. 21 of 2022 before the Court below and it was dismissed on 24.11.2022. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed CRP.No. 4259 of 2022 against the order in I.A.No. 2 of 2022 for extension of time, this Court granted time for a period of one month to comply with all the conditions imposed by the Court below, dated 05.01.2023.

Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to produce the Demand Draft as well as the sale deed before the Court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receiving the same, the Court below is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
