Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.3126/97 Sa.Pa.dated 18.02.2002 and the same was confirmed by the Co-op. Tribunal/Principal District Judge, Cuddalore in C.M.A. No.53 of 2002 dated 21.10.2011 and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he was not able to get instructions for his client.
