This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed on 07.03.2023 under Order 22 Rule 4 of Code of Civil Procedure praying to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased third respondent on file.

2.The 9th petitioner namely K.Ramesh, filed an affidavit in support of this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stating that the 3rd respondent D.Nandakumar, died on 10.01.2023 leaving behind him Ms.Jayabanu and Ms.Anushka, the 5th and 6th respondent herein as his legal representatives.

3.The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit is satisfied. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
