Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case was registered in May 2014 and no progress was made in the investigation.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case is being investigated and final report will be filed within three months.

Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that final report will be filed within three months, this petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to file final report on or before 31.3.2015 and liberty is given to the petitioner to renew the same Petition if he is not satisfied with the final report.
