Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, calling for the records in Impugned proceedings Na.Ka.No.4209/A3/2010 dated 25.2.2012 on the file of the 4th Respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents more particularly the 3rd respondent to grant recognition to the Petitioner school namely Thirumuruga Kirubananda Variyar Aided High School at Kumarasamy Pettai Dharmapuri following the representation dated 12.7.2011 submitted by the petitioner addressed to the 1st respondent.
