Despite the best efforts, the appellants have not been able to serve the second respondent. Therefore, they have taken out an application for effecting substituted service on the second respondent.

2. The above petition is ordered.

3. The appellants shall take publication in one issue of tamil daily ''Dinaboomi'' having circulation in Vellore, for the hearing date 23.07.2021 as well as an affixture on the Court notice board and also on the last known address.

Publication shall be effected at least 10 days prior to the date of hearing.

4. Post the matter on 23.07.2021.
