This petition has been filed to quash the police notice dated 14.02.2025 issued by the third respondent police.

2. Heard and perused the materials placed on record.

3. A perusal of the notice dated 14.02.2025 is clear that the petitioner was asked to appear on 27.02.2025 for enquiry. However, the petitioner did not appear before the third respondent. Therefore, the notice served on the petitioner become infructuous.

4. In future, if the petitioner is required for any enquiry, the third respondent is directed to issue notice in accordance with law.
