PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to ensure that the I respondent mill pays all the terminal and other benefits such as provident fund, gratuity, arrears of salary for 12 months, yearly increment amounts, Retirement Benefit Fund, leave encashment, RBF Scheme and other benefits to more than 876 employees who retired on superannuation and voluntary retirement from the services of the mill and continue to remit the statutory and other deductions to the EPF, ESI, Postal Insurance, AFT Workers Cooperative Credit Society and Retirement Benefit Fund.
