ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to call for the records of the 1st respondent in Ref. L.No.1238/ E2/ 2024 dated 19.07.2024 and quash the same. 2.By consent of both the learned counsels, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Admittedly, disputes arose between the Trustees of the second respondent school and two civil suits one in O.S.No.168 of 2023, is pending before the District Munsif, Attur and another in O.S.No.8 of 2024, is pending before the Sub Court, Salem. Whileso, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition challenging the Sanitary Certificate issued by the first respondent.

4.It is seen that the Sanitary Certificate was issued on 19.07.2024 and the same is valid for a period of one year only. The petitioner for reasons best known to him approached this Court at the fag end of the validity period of the Sanitary Certificate to quash the same. As the parties have already approached the Civil Court to settle the civil disputes between them, in my view, the writ petition cannot be entertained. The writ petition also deserves to be dismissed for suppression of facts. The petitioner in his affidavit suppressed the fact that he had earlier filed W.P.No.9896 of 2024 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 12.04.2024.

5.In view of the above discussions, the writ petition is dismissed. However there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
