Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Hon'ble Distrct Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Sriperumbudur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.457 of 2014 pending on its file within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The above application is filed seeking an earlier disposal of the suit in O.S.No.457 of 2014. From the A-Diary extract, it is seen that, on 21.04.2016 the suit was posted for trial and trial has not opened to date.

2.The learned District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur is directed to dispose of suit on or before 30.06.2019 and report compliance before this Court.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs.
