(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) It is represented by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the encroachment of one portion in Government Poramboke Odai made by the Petitioner in S.No.161/3 measuring an extent of 0.04.5 ares vide Patta No.161/3 alone was demolished by the Public Works Department and the house of the Petitioner situated in Patta land was not demolished by the authorities concerned. 2.

Recording the aforesaid facts which are not disputed on behalf of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the present Writ Petition by observing that the relief sought by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Petitioner in regard to the adequate compensation to be paid to him for demolition of his house does not arise, as, he is not entitled to the same. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.12844 of 2017 is closed.
