1. This petition was listed, today, upon an urgent mentioning by counsels for the petitioners.

1.1. We had, therefore, requested Mr.V.M.R.Rajentran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, to ascertain the correct position.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor informs us that the detenues Mr.Abboobacker and Mr.Muthukumar, have been arrested today morning and that, they have been booked for offences allegedly committed under Section 120-B and 386 of the IPC, as also for infraction of the provisions of Section 3 and 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003.

3. In view of the same, according to us, no orders can be passed in the captioned petition.

4. The petitioners will, necessarily, have to move the regular Court for bail, albeit, in accordance with law.

5. The petition is, accordingly, closed.
